1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Airbag Finance platform ("Platform"), including our website, decentralized application, smart contracts, and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

Airbag Finance provides decentralized finance (DeFi) tools on the Solana blockchain, including but not limited to:

• Protection Swap: Token swaps with built-in rug-pull insurance that may refund your initial investment if the token price drops by 95% or more.
• Explore: Token discovery, tracking, and wishlist features.
• Rug Check: AI-powered token risk analysis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

4. Wallet and Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your blockchain wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. Airbag Finance does not have custody of your funds and cannot recover lost or stolen assets. Any transactions initiated through your wallet are your sole responsibility.

5. Risks

You acknowledge and accept the following risks associated with using the Platform:

• Cryptocurrency and DeFi investments involve significant risk of loss, including total loss of principal.
• Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities despite auditing efforts.
• The Protection Swap insurance mechanism operates on-chain and is subject to blockchain conditions; refunds are not guaranteed in all scenarios.
• Token prices are volatile and may be subject to manipulation.
• Regulatory changes may impact the availability or legality of certain features in your jurisdiction.

6. Protection Swap Terms

The Protection Swap feature operates under the following conditions:

• A protection fee of 0.5% is charged at the time of the swap.
• Refund eligibility requires a token price decline of 95% or more from the swap price.
• Refund claims must be initiated by the user through the Platform.
• Refund amounts are subject to the liquidity available in the insurance pool.
• The Platform reserves the right to modify protection parameters with reasonable notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to manipulate token prices, exploit smart contract vulnerabilities, or engage in fraudulent activities.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or other users' access.
• Use the Platform to launder money or finance terrorism.
• Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures.

8. Rug Check Disclaimer

The Rug Check feature provides AI-powered risk assessments for informational purposes only. These assessments do not constitute financial advice and should not be the sole basis for any investment decision. While we strive for accuracy, Airbag Finance does not guarantee the completeness or reliability of risk analysis results. A favorable risk score does not guarantee a token's safety.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Airbag Finance. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airbag Finance, its founders, developers, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Airbag Finance and its team members from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
